Our client required complete feature survey of all internal structure, piping and fittings to provide as built information for major redevelopment of the historic Palace Hotel located on St Georges Tce, Perth CBD.
PROJECT ACHIEVEMENTS
JMD completed a full 3D laser scan of the buildings internal structure, features and fittings. Our crew were required to carry out the laser scanning whilst redevelopment work was in progress. We developed a plan to work in conjunction with construction crew to minimize interruption to their ongoing work. The 3D laser scan point cloud data was delivered in accordance with client format requirements and schedule, providing critical as built design information for the Palace Hotel.
